I am a licensed teacher by profession. However, a man of ambition to lead an organization and aspires to pursue administration in both teaching functions and business operations. Let me start with the Singapore Business School system (LMS) is awesome and fantastic for studying with. The flexibility and non-set timeline for the massive updated materials which are always available for you to study whenever and wherever you are. I thought it is a boring session in the beginning as listen to lection through online, it is totally not, i felt it is fantastic and the lection is great presented by the professional tutors/lecturers and including award winning MBA professor. With the monthly reports and capstone project, you will not missed any information that you had learned. Be detailed as possible to make sure yourself are learning and progressing as well. Personally felt it is very useful not just during the lection and even in life application. Mentor/Student advisers are great and equipped with knowledge (i.e. Accreditation which i had asked for 5 times), they will try to tell you as much as you want to understand and know from them. Their efficiency on marking the papers eventhough have tonnes of students report. Great attitude! I found out the information, videos and examples from the lection are great realistic life experience which gave me real life practice as compare to others University (just reading the textbook and go for exams). LEARNING WITHOUT BORDERS

I always believe that education has no boundaries and nothing can stop us from learning. Absolutely nothing. Anyone can always study whatever and wherever, regardless where they are in the world. Whether it would be a high quality education or a cheap one, it depends on the preference of a person. As for me, I am fond of both. And I am proud because I never intend for my wants to cause heartbreaks and sufferings to my family just because I push through on something I cannot afford in the moment. That is why I never stop looking for an internationally acclaimed school that is affordable. When Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma offered me a scholarship possibility way back 2018 and is still keeping me up to date just earlier this year, it really gives me a heartbreak that I can't go abroad because it is still costly. In spite of that, I still know in my heart that I at least want to try to have an international education. Truth being told, Singapore Business School came into the picture. What really amaze me in this pandemic in so far is the distant learning program that it offers. Now, I no longer need to go abroad just to pursue international education. Also SBS is really affordable and I happened to avail 83% scholarship. I applied last minute so I couldn't made it on the payment and registration period because I am still intimidated on the price. However, the academic instructor offered me a restructured payment wherein I can pay the discounted price in installment. SBS is really very big help to professionals like me. I work in the Offshore Oil and Gas-Subsea Construction / Commerical Diving Industry. It’s already been almost two years since I finished this program. For me it was a great year on both professional and personal levels. I will try here to give some more details as follow:

Pros:

+ Highly professional and experienced teachers: in that year I enjoyed the lectures of some of the most proficient lecturers I've ever met (and at my ages - I have already worked for 12 years and had a bachelor and another master degree) who came from variety of business sectors (entrepreneurship, accounting, engineering, logistics, finance, HR, leadership), who have occupied key positions in leading firms. For me that was a fund of knowledge and experience to discover :)

+ The Student Advisor was very supportive and tried all her best to help me in every aspect. Thank you, Joanne!

+ Affordable tuition fee.

+ Flexible study schedule and 100% online tuition.

Cons:

- It took some time to receive the printed documents, because of my relocation, but that's generally on me and I can’t blame the school, because they don't provide physical documents on a regular basis, so I was aware of long delivery terms.

- School doesn't provide language courses, so if you would like to apply to european company, e.g. in Germany, you would need to take language courses on your own. However, SBS can give you some recommendations which school to choose.

Taking all points into consideration, I would suggest the newcomers to start their studies at SBS. Good luck and all the best for you people :)

The MBA program at Singapore Business School was a challenging, yet fully rewarding career experience for me. The convenient scheduling of classes gave me the ability to achieve my dream of earning an MBA degree, while continuing to work full-time. The comprehensive curriculum provided a strong foundation in Product and Project Management, Leadership, Financial Analysis and Business Analytics. Many of the principles learned in the program were able to be applied immediately at my place of work.

One of my life goals was to study for a degree. Once Covid took a grip on the world and lock down was set on us all. I took advantage of this period to get started on my degree with SBS. I have worked my way up to the position of General manager, starting in my first roll as a Saturday boy at 14 and taking a full time position with the same company as an office junior at 16. Although over the years I have gained most of the experience needed to carry out my role. The one thing I have lacked was been not having a degree. I found the studying to be enjoyable and I loved working at my own pace. I also learnt a few things I didn't know. As a student who graduated from Singapore Business School, I can confidently say that the lesson materials were updated and perfect. The school's curriculum was designed to provide students with the latest knowledge and skills required to succeed in the business world. The e-lesson materials were regularly updated to reflect changes in the business environment. This ensured that students were always up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in their field of study.

Before I started studying at Singapore Business School I was rejected from numerous schools and universities. They all said that I was too old and lack proper education. However, I already had some work experience and even opened my own business, which was going not so flawlessly, and due to these circumstances had no time to attend the university to receive a bachelor's degree. And without it, I couldn't even dream of getting an MBA degree.

However, things changed drastically when I first noted the SBS ad. They said that nearly everyone can get a degree at their school, and that was true! After submitting an application, I enrolled in the course within 3 days. I could begin it even earlier because my application was approved within one day, however, I took a bit of time to choose some extra courses I preferred most. Great thanks to my personal attendant, who helped me to decide which ones would benefit my business.

What is more important, that I could finish my studies in less than a year! I took 3 optional courses in addition to mandatory ones and managed to continue my work alongside my studies. Courses were very helpful and I even put some things into practice while studying. Also, I was allowed to do my Capstone Project based on my business, and that was really helpful because I received valuable feedback from the tutor and, as a result, could improve my workflow.

I'm very grateful to SBS for giving me an opportunity to receive knowledge that had a great impact on my business and helped me to increase my earnings.

Fantastic Program offering a lot of flexibility. I travel a lot for work and it was going to be difficult to commit to a regular offline program, that is why I chose an SBS MBA program with 100% online tuition. That was a great decision that allowed me to study when I had time. Even when I was without internet connection (e.g. in the air, because I travel by plane), I was able to study with downloaded material and finish nearly 70% of my studies while in transit.

The materials were great and quite up-to-date (I know a lot of schools with online education may have some issues with updating their material in a short time), I chose few optional courses that allowed me to successfully negotiate with our partner to give our company the best terms of cooperation. And after receiving my degree I got a raise because of that deal.

I would recommend SBS MBA program for actual and practically applicable knowledge, and flexible form of studies.

I chose to study an Online MBA because I wanted to broaden my horizons and improve my managerial skills. I decided to study with the Singapore Business School, primarily because their degrees are so internationally recognised. However, it has also given me good exposure to different cultures and allowed me to study and work at the same time. It's great, particularly for women who can work their way to powerful positions in the global working world, which is traditionally much more male dominated. Now the sky is the limit, go ahead and study all you can because the world out there is waiting for you.

As for me, I got a promotion at my job that included moving from Agra to USA, to open a new branch of our company in LA. Skills that I obtained during my studies actually came to be really helpful in real-life situations.

To begin with, I want to say that thanks to studying at this school, I became more confident in my abilities. And as I understand it, self-confidence, in my abilities, is the basis for starting a successful business.

Of course, at the beginning of studies, I encountered some difficulties, I had to learn new terms, meanings, and their essence. In general, my conclusion is this: If you have any useful talents or skills, but you do not know how to put them into practice so that your talent starts to make a profit,then you definitely need to go through the education at SBS. I worked in different roles since the inception of my career, and for the last six years, I was working in the financial services industry in a leading multinational organization. I was aiming for the promotion because the seat of the Financial Director was going vacant in a few months, and my company was taking it slow to hire a new person because they were looking for appropriate candidates among their employees. But I faced a problem that my bachelor's degree was not enough for taking this position, and the HR manager pointed out that I will need an MBA degree if I want to compete for that position.
